About Event

Anokha Techfest is the annual technical festival of Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore, India. 'Anokha' translates to "unique" in Sanskrit and true to its name, Anokha has been recognized[citation needed] as the first green tech fest in India. This 3 day fest is an exclusively student managed event. The need to create more opportunities for technological awareness and to enhance the technological acumen of students urged Amrita University to start Anokha, a national level tech fest, in February 2010. Anokha has been successfully organized for 3 years during the course of which it has carved a niche for itself by gaining a spot in the top five technical fests of the country.

Accommodation

2 types of accomodation provided. Rs.150 and Rs.250 per day.Apart the accomodation charges, participants are required to pay a refundable caution deposit of Rs. 300, irrespective of their period of stay. Participants are advised to carry their own locks. A cloak room will also be arranged in each hostel for the safety of your valuables, free of charge.
